2002
  August Autholized Agent Agreement of CAPS iContent database with PartMiner Inc.
2003
  February Started marketing on partnership with Texas Instruments Japan Ltd. & Marubun Corp. for TI's logic / Linear product line.
  April Joint software systems development with EMS Sales division of Kaga Electronics Co., Ltd.
  April Established Kansai (Osaka) sales office.
2004

2005
  January Joint announcement to launch EE Times Japan and EE Times Japan online, with CMP Media LLC.

  October Announcement of establishing of Japan's first venture captal fund named "enova" targetting electronics industry only as joint project with THine Electronics, Inc. and Nikko antfactory K.K.
2006
  January Started University-brand chip1stop.com service in colaboration with each university's co-op.
  February Relocated the head office to Shin-Yokohama for expansion of business.
  February Established venture capital fund "enova", targetting in electronics industry in cooperation with THine Electronics, Inc. and Nikko antfactory K.K.
  April Established Tokai (Nagoya) sales office.
  September Established J-Chip Corporation, which provides solutions and information services for sourcing electronic parts.
2007

  June Capital tie-up of E2 Publishing Corp. (our subsidiary, an operational company of Media Communications Business) with Impress group, one of a famous Japanese media group on IT, Music, Design and Medical.

  January Taken over "Ceramy Direct" site of Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
